  • Privacy Policy

    When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and shipping history. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.     When you place orders or access your account information, you are connected to our secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

    Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our website to track items in your Shopping Basket. Cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of our most innovative and useful features and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

  • Ordering Process

    There are two ways to order: The easiest way to order is by using our webcart on our website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. The second way is to phone your order through to us on 0845 658 9700. Please be aware all phone orders are charged at Full cost and not the prices shown on the website.

  • Delivery

    We will dispatch your order within 7-10 working days subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. We cannot ship deliveries to PO Boxes.

    Shipping Zones UK mainland only.

    Please note: for orders requiring shipment outside of the UK, payment will not be taken and orders will not be processed.
    The delivery tariffs is based on the weight of the total order.

    All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. You can track the status of your order by imputing your login code on our track order page. Your login code is emailed to you when you complete your order. We will contact you to confirm we have shipped the order, this will include a parcel tracking reference number.

  • Cancellation or Changing your order

    Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 7 days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, and we will deduct the direct cost from the refund.   • Returns

    We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

    Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it. If a returned item has been opened or used it may be subject to a 10% restocking charge as the item can no longer be resold at our normal price.

    Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us on 0845 658 9700 or by email contact us. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.

    You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Switch or Solo cards. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. The prices displayed on are web site are in £GBP British pound Sterling.

  • General

    We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
